Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this recent image drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
